Terms and Conditions

1. Services

Calebs Management Enterprises, Inc. provides residential and commercial roofing, exterior services, and custom metal fabrication throughout the Denver Metro area and Colorado’s Front Range. Services include installation, repair, inspections, maintenance, and specialty metalwork.

2. Estimates and Contracts

Written estimates are typically valid for 30 days unless otherwise noted. Work begins after receipt of a signed agreement and any required deposit. Changes to scope must be approved in writing and may affect pricing and schedule.

3. Payment Terms

Payment milestones and accepted methods will be stated in your agreement. Final payment is due upon substantial completion unless otherwise specified. A late fee may apply to overdue balances according to the contract.

4. Warranties

Material warranties are provided by manufacturers where applicable and are passed through to the customer. Our workmanship warranty covers installation-related defects as specified in your agreement. Warranty coverage requires proper maintenance and excludes damage from external causes (e.g., weather events, misuse, or third-party work).

5. Licensing, Insurance, and Responsibility

We are fully licensed and insured. We are not responsible for pre-existing conditions, hidden or latent defects discovered during work, or damage caused by acts of nature (including hail, wind, or snow). Unforeseen conditions may require change orders.

6. Property Access and Safety

Customer authorizes access to the property as needed to complete services. For safety, please keep children, pets, and bystanders away from work areas. We follow standard safety practices and applicable regulations.

7. Permits and Codes

Where required, we will obtain necessary permits. All work will be performed in accordance with applicable codes and manufacturer specifications.

8. Scheduling, Weather, and Delays

Project schedules may be impacted by weather, material availability, or unforeseen site conditions. We will communicate changes promptly and work to minimize disruption. Expedited custom metal flashing is often available with a 48-hour turnaround on most orders, subject to material availability and shop load.

9. Custom Metal Fabrication

Custom-fabricated items are produced to approved dimensions and specifications. Fabricated components are non-returnable once produced unless defective. Finish and color matching are performed to industry standards and may vary by batch or manufacturer.

10. Dispute Resolution

We strive to resolve issues through good-faith communication. If a dispute arises, it will be governed by the laws of the State of Colorado and handled in the appropriate state courts located in or serving Denver County, unless otherwise required by law.
